Publication of the Seychelles Law Reports

The Commission may, with the approval of the President of the Court of Appeal and the Chief Justice, publish the Seychelles Law Reports.

The Commission may, on the directions of the President of the Court of Appeal and the Chief Justice, —

(a) collect and collate the judgments or decisions of the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court;

(b) edit and publish the Seychelles Law Reports in such form and manner as may be determined by the President of the Court of Appeal and the Chief Justice;
